We all need a booking policy. Here’s ours but do message us if we can help further.
1. Overview
We love our bus and want to keep it nice for others. Please help us with this by keeping things tidy and use the bins provided. We have never had this happen, but for people in breach of these conditions during their stay we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave, with no refunds given.
2. Payment Policy: At the time of booking you will be asked to pay 100% of your stay. It may depend on the booking site.
3. Damage: From time to time things get broken, if its something small like a glass, we won’t worry but please let us know so we can correct things before the next guests arrive. In the unlikely event of a larger item damaged, we do have the deposit and we can talk about this to arrange a way forward.
4. Smoking: We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the bus. This includes tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
5. Loss & Theft: JustUsAndABus accept no liability for belongings that are lost or stolen on the site, including in and outside the bus.
6. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you are unable to stay with us, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. If quite in advance (e.g. 4+ weeks), we will try our best to rearrange your booking. Even if staycationing in the UK, don’t forget holiday insurance is a great idea and can sometimes cover cancellations.
