Our elegant tiny home has been thoughtfully converted from a New York American school bus, combining comfort, character and a real sense of escape. It’s relaxed, feels remote and intentionally simple — a place where memories tend to happen without trying too hard. And when you stay with us, your visit matters. Every booking helps support a local good cause, so your time away also gives something back.

Inside the bus you’ll find everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay - a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a snug living space that’s lovely in all seasons. Step outside and the hot tub is yours to enjoy, surrounded by open countryside and big skies. Morning soak with birdsong or stargazing at night - it’s entirely up to you.
Quiet moments, right on the doorstep
Leave the noise behind and settle into nature. The bus is tucked away in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with peaceful walks straight from your door. If you feel like heading out, local favourites such as Sheffield Park, Bluebell Vineyard and cosy country pubs are close by — perfect for gentle exploring before heading back to unwind.
